Do you want to become a Farmers Market Vendor?

The process is simple.

1. You must fill out the registration form and deliver it with samples or photographs of your product via email, in person, or by mail to:

(Applications need to be submitted annually)

2. The vending committee will review your application, they meet every Friday evening at 7pm. If it is tentatively approved, the Manager will contact you to finalize the application process. You may need to complete other permits and documentation before you can be approved, especially if you have a food product*.

3. The Market Manager will do a final review. If your application is approved, the Market Manager will contact you to make arrangements to sell, exhibit, or perform at the Market.

*It is a requirement of our Market that all food products be labelled with your name, phone number and ingredients.  If your product is not labelled correctly you may be asked to remove them until you can fulfil this.

Tips for Vendors:

Pay attention to packaging: If you aren’t sure if your product is correctly labelled or well packaged, just ask. Many of our vendors have been to a number of different farmers’ markets and have been selling for many years – They want to share what they know with you!

Make your display shine: Use bright colours and make your display professional and attractive to build trust in with your customers – If you take care in your display, chances are you take pride in your products too!
